Ingredients

fingerling potatoes halved lengthwise
(680g)

teaspoon
Vegeta seasoning
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
smoked paprika powder
½
teaspoon
dry rosemary leaves
1
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes.
Pat dry the potatoes with a paper towel.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise. If there are some tiny ones, leave them whole.
Add potatoes and oil to the medium-sized bowl. Mix until the potatoes are coated evenly.
Add seasonings to a bowl with potatoes and mix until incorporated.
Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer in a single layer.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the air fryer and shake the basket, or remove the tray, and toss the potatoes if using the oven air fryer.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
For one teaspoon of dry seasoning, use one tablespoon of fresh seasoning. For example, when measuring parsley, rosemary, etc.
