For smoothie

frozen strawberries

frozen pineapple chunks

fresh ripe banana

oat milk
Optional toppings
fresh fruit
(strawberries, kiwi fruit, blueberries)

granola
(use your favorite granola)
seeds
(chia seed, flax seeds)
toasted coconut flakes
sweeteners
(maple syrup)

dark chocolate or cacao nibs
Instructions
Gather and prepare the optional toppings.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and start blending on low speed.
Scrape down the blender bowl with a spatula if needed, increase the blender speed, and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
Notes
Use mostly frozen fruit to ensure the thick smoothie consistency.
Prepare the toppings in advance to avoid the smoothie melting. When you place the toppings on your smoothie, it should stay on top and not sink.
