1Granny Smith apple(cored and cut into smaller pieces)
1 ½cupfrozen pineapple chunks
1handfulof fresh spinach leaves
1small ripe banana
½fresh ripe avocado
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
⅓cupoat milk
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or a bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
If you use a smaller blender, like Nutribullet, as I am, you probably won't be able to add all ingredients at once. Instead, add half the ingredients first, blend it, then add the other half (while keeping the first half of the ingredients in the blender). You want to ensure that all ingredients combine well together.
