This iced almond milk latte is so creamy and smooth. You only need two main ingredients and less than 5 minutes! Also, there is no need for fancy equipment!
Coffee maker (espresso machine or something simpler like Nespresso or Keurig)
measuring cups and spoons
milk frother (if frothing the milk)
Tall glass or jar
Ingredients
2espresso shots
¾ - 1cupalmond milk
1tablespoonbrown sugar simple syrup(optional)
ice cubes
Instructions
Make the espresso and add the sweetener, if using. Leave in the freezer for a couple of minutes to cool off.
Take a tall glass or a jar and fill it with ice cubes.
Pour sweetened espresso into a jar with ice.
Pour almond milk.
Notes
Prepare the brown sugar simple syrup in advance: To speed up the preparation time, I suggest batch-prepping the brown sugar simple syrup. That way, you will always have it on hand for all the favorite beverages and cocktails you make. The sweetener is optional so you can omit it entirely.
Let the espresso cool slightly before making the latte: When you prepare it, let it cool somewhat before adding it to your beverage. If you add it right away, it will melt the ice faster and warm up the drink.
