halved blended flavors tomatoes

burrata cheese
balsamic glaze

Instructions
Wash tomatoes and baby spinach leaves.
Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the plate with the baby spinach leaves.
Place the burrata at the center of the plate and then slice it open.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately!
